Suppose that since the oil ministers represent countries whose sole economic existence depends upon oil, that the oil ministers these countries have chosen aren't wacky but astute and knowledgeable. Good point, Steve. They are mostly Ivy league MBA technocrat types, by no means stupid. I think they will surprise with their resolve to reduce supply. Then you have the Wall St. talking heads who think that the time to exit this sector is at the moment of maximum pessimism..now thats wacky. John
