Mr. Wexler: While I can tolerate your DD challenged 'short' sightedness as an attempt to squeeze sales out of weak hands, you have stepped over the line in another area. To wit, your statement... "I ALREADY SUSPECT FRAUDULENT STOCK PROMOTION." Let me put you on notice. Either you take back that statement in its entirety or provide the background evidence upon which you made this charge. If you don't, I will personally contact legal counsel for TAVA. Irresponsible & baseless shorting statements are one thing; to accuse TAVA and their officers of stock fraud is quite another. This single assertion could not only result in the selling of this stock by those not sophisticated enough to recognize your tactics, but could cost this company considerable revenue and maybe even their business if a participant or lurker on SI should take your 'fraud' statement at face value & start spreading it around the street grapevine. I NEED AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. If one is not forthcoming, I assure you I will carry out my intention to call TAVA's lawyers. I would hope another SI poster would contact SI about you as well. I've dealt with your ilk before. You're hurtful & reckless with the truth. I've also played a role in bringing your type to justice in the past, and will not hesitate to do so in your case. Don't underestimate the seriousness of my resolve!
