Why wouldn't they? This co just keeps selling shares. Outstanding 5/1/98: 35,261,178 + 12mil + 8 mil(see edgar filing today), now where are those guys who were e-mailing me about 5 or 6 weeks ago telling me what a good deal this co is & not to worry about dilution.

It would not surprise me to see the MM's take this to .13, I'm in at .42 and have refrained from buying more. I've felt that TSIG delaying the opening of the website was just a prime opportunity to slowly take this down. With no news, investors getting impatient, high debt, delaying of website and so on, TSIG is a fertile playground for MM's.

I intend to average down at .15
