I'm looking at this sector in much the same way as I view the semi equipment sector. LRCX, NVLS, and many others are reporting layoffs, but the general expectation is that they're at the bottom right now. Seeing the negative response to OPEC's cuts, which is what many expected, makes me think that all the bad news is wrung out of this sector. I really think we're starting upward (or is that downward? I'm getting dizzy) within two weeks. Judging by the weekly charts we should be getting all-clear signals this week or next week.

BTW, still long with you on ASL, and that South Western Company that we don't talk about on this thread.

Awake, arise! The British are... er, the rally is coming. Look at yonder Old South Refinery and see the single flare which means that it's coming by land (UTI, BDI, PTEN, etc). But wait! Now there are two flares, and look at the boats (TDW, HMAR, TMAR) making their way into Boston... er, Houston harbor.
