I think you are nuts. First off the Yahoo board is still there. Why does a company who's only hope to survive is a buy-out put in this type of program? It is thier typical way of dealing with bad news. The auditors quit on them so they had to have something that could potentially be looked at positively so they blow out a press release like this to get you speculating. If a 20,000 share buy going through excites you figure it out that is $6,000 bucks big deal.
