glad to see the financing failed, as dilution at these prices could be deadly. Hope to see a strong JV partner come into the picture soon.!!

One rumour i've heard on the financing is that there wasnt a big eenough sweetener, or incentive for the underwriters to place stock with thier clients. Any truth to that?
