True, but I feel that for the short term it's fairly directly tied to the 6 for 1 rumor, given the lack of any other reasons for such a big, sudden drop. Notice that the volume is almost exactly 6/1 between the two. May or may not be a coincidence. I think that AVIA's other assets will help the stock to recover significantly after the deal. Anyway, my main point was that according to the PR's from both companies, POKR is being valued for a fixed dollar amount in this deal, and that the fixed price per share is much higher than the current price.
