So..you have 28k shares and will increase to 500K by the end of July?! Then you must think the stock is going down in July? If not why wouldn't you buy at the present bargain basement prices like Gates always does? He calls TSIS talks to the switchboard operator...she says everything is hunky dory..and he buys 100 more shares. Are you going to risk them announcing the large contract sitting on the desk of NAV or GM and miss your chance of buying 500k shares at 55cents? You sure you didn't mean to say 500 shares?
