Followup on Conoco message. Interesting excerpts include the part about Texaco having a possible interest in Conoco. Now how would Texaco, Conoco, and Orinoco come up at a RNTK meeting unless maybe........just maybe the other parts of the message lend us a clue: Like, Dubai's sour crude? Or Conoco's extensive Venezuelan assets? Or Conoco's production of Venezuelan heavy crude starting this September which will be converted into other more useful products? You might just wonder if Texaco is considering buying all or part of Conoco, and just happened to check with a small oil services company regarding the use of certain technology that just might make some of Conoco's assets a little more valuable?
