Twick: If there are any shorts they are not at this level. The shorting would have been done to get it to this level. That argument is always brought up however, especially when people post on a thread what appear to be crazy negative posts. JMO, of course.

Yaaaaawwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnn....... zzzzzzzzz... oh.. huh.. news? Did they finally actually release some news? Really? Where? When? Oh... 2:50PM EDT... hmmm.... gives the market an hour and 10 minutes to react... wow... look at that price spike! Ooooops, wrong direction, huh? Bummer.... oh, well, there's always ".... the next release", guess we can all start salivating over that one, heh heh. Hey, maybe they want to make Matagorda Island part of the year 2000 celebration? You suppose? Yeah, they'll finally drill a gas well in December, 1999, it'll catch on fire... what a great Roman candle to bring in a new millenium! Shorts? Hahaha... there are only 2 possible sources of shorts in arf-arfs like this one: market makers, who get to do it as part of being market makers, and illegal shorts, who have to do it offshore or via The Great White North. And there are ways of dealing with the second situation, if the Company isn't totally asleep at the switch. Oh, well... bring on the tumblers... the clowns... $^)
