Lack of news ( Large contracts)and the conversion of the remaining preferred A stock into common shares are depressing the stock. Looks cheap at these prices. Regards.

There were about 3.5 million new common created as a result of redemption. Many income oriented funds have strict mandates and therefore have to sell the common they have received for their pfds. When is the bottom, when a buyer turns up to buy size.
