Lack of news ( Large contracts)and the conversion of the remaining
preferred A stock into common shares are depressing the stock. Looks cheap at these prices.

There were about 3.5 million new common created as a result of redemption. Many income oriented funds have strict mandates and therefore have to sell the common they have received for their pfds.
When is the bottom, when a buyer turns up to buy size.

Well, one reason could be that their venture into Semi Equipment contract manufacturing has fallen far short of expectations. This is partly due to the overall downfall of the market but mainly the fault of their relationship with MRC, now Tokyo Electron.

Hopefully the valve Biz will pick up for them.
