gwolf, was that for me or FatMatty? Either way, thanks for the post. The info. that I posted about CTI having already responded to the company was inaccurate. Sorry. I did a little more digging and found that they will be sending their response back next week. The SEC then apparently has 21 days to review. It certainly would be interesting if both SEC and FDA approval came near the same time. Bret
