Mild winter, not much snow, early mild spring so alot less run off:in some areas the water is certainly lower then normal for this time of year.
Snap is clear of ice, for a couple weeks now, and I know there is some sort of crew up there now, so I expect things will start up field work wise anytime now. With these results it will probably be sooner rather then later.
I expect they will take up a few specialists to look things over as well.
