I committed the rest of the IMPX allocated funds today. My reason is that I see a summer rally developing and I believe it will be stronger than I originally anticipated with the NAZ breaking to new highs. I was not happy however that it was so easy to get in at the Bid (I got mine at 15/16 and I did not see the bid dropping below that) that indicates to me that the MM's do not have much faith that IMPX will go far in the near future and were willing to let go of stock without asking a premium (the ask). Well, we'll see which way it goes
