Fiddler,

this also ran through my head. Could be why the product hasn't been rolled out tot he newly approved countries. God knows that Astra has the distribution network.

Maybe they were holding back due to supply concerns. VVUS never got the other 7 lines up and running, probably were waiting on FDA approval of the first line before starting up the others.

fiddler....you win the prize....that's exactly the point....Astra couldn't go past UK and Sweden...Janssen...is also waiting on the supplies......

Now what does that tell you with US sales lower than expected...UK and Sweden were using up all the rest...

Now Vivus can supply Astra, Janssen and also have capacity as the USA scripts climb from there lows...

Again ALL at a BETTER PROFIT margin.....

Now if only Jack could get the BIG PICTURE..........
