That big 9 quarter positive earnings based on lots of funny assets suddenly turns into a substantial loss after 12 quarters and an audit.

sounds like the CEO needed a scapegoat for all the funny numbers, and the CFO was it. No kind words for him at his departure.

But of course the CEO told him to pad the numbers, didn't he?

This one will get the attention of the class action trial lawyers, I'm quite sure. Expect to see a lawsuit within a couple of weeks.

A couple of musings ...

I wonder if they will be able to ever get the stock price up high enough to get the stock relisted?

What is this goodwill they will write off? I don't see any such item on the last 10Q balance sheet.

Although not (yet) a truly broken stock, as per our definition, anyone else short on PRST? It broke a new 52 week low today and the chart looks dismal. I was in hole when it went from 13 to 15ish, but now in the black.Anyone care to look at it for further discussion? Might be a future broken stock by our definition.
