BRAME III ADMITTED: 1967, Colorado; 1969, U.S. Tax Court LAW-SCHOOL: University of Colorado at Boulder (J.D.) COLLEGE: United States Naval Academy (B.S.) JEFFREY L. SMITH ADMITTED: 1967, California; 1969, Colorado LAW-SCHOOL: University of California Hastings College of the Law (LL.B.) Brame is "Of Counsel" which means he is probably semi-retired, so Cohen and/or Smith are probably working on the filing.
