Eski, I would tend to agree with you, but the main concern on this thread is what does relatively near future mean? Does anyone really expect Rentech to make a statement like...A week from Friday June the 26th we will be signing with TX. I think not. It will be just as sudden as yesterdays PR. I was looking at my screen and RNTK was in it's typical mode of the last few weeks, and all of a sudden the ticks started, and then at the bottom there it was news on RNTK. That is the way it will happen and anyone who isn't in already will be chasing the tail of a rocket. JMVHO MM

Eski, I don't think it will be done in a week, maybe but I don't think it will be released for 2/3 weeks, I might be wrong, I have been before, and will again, but I think for what it's worth it will be a couple week. Think about it. If TX is in Corp. this week, discussing final analysis, goes to attorney's (gggg) the time element, takes more time, and were talking back and forth, 2/3 weeks. Am I selling, NO. Am I buying? If some of my other stocks come through before I can no longer afford it, YES. Luckie Sandie
