EPEA..under 3 cents, was once as high as 33 cents, big float but has shown ability to move...carefully read the EPEA thread for upcoming news..(rumour) Anyway the Start Treaty is a treaty where as Russia and the U.S. decided not to use certain missiles for any purpose as we move forward. This was meant as a way of keeping nuclear weapons dormant and obsolete. E'Prime is the only licensed vendor to use the Air Forces Peacekeeper Technology. The Peacekeeper is a ICBM and falls under the treaty. EPEA has shown up a few times on the OTC active top 100 BB lists. There may be some accumulation. It will be worth your time and effort to read the whole thread for EPEA from start to finish. The EPEA thread has some die hard long termers who seem to really know the company. There are some critical dates coming up that may lead to possible news.
