Pete,

I didn't see or hear any news either. There was one downgrade (Strong Buy to Long Term Buy) on 6/18 but that is about it. I thought I snagged it at an "attractive" 8.5.

No insider activity to speak of. I think only one thing will cure these blues......... contract announcements.

Regards,

I think it is attractive here. They have a ton of cash, and are shopping for companies that vvill help grovvth. Logility has been soft, though their products are exceptional.

Service revenue is strong and grovving vvith Y2k business. I knovv of a couple of institutions that are accumulating stock as vvell. The dovvngrade by Johnson Lane vvas from strong buy to long-term buy.
Not exactly a major knock on the company.

They have a stock buyback in place, that, although not used much to date, should help support the stock. Y2k is coming and the stock could easily get caught up in the surge that's coming.
