Last I looked EDII is quite a different corporate entity from MTEI, despite the intimate involvement of John Christensen in both of their histories. The representation has just been made that Daniel Dror is the President of the company, but the fact remains that his name is not reflected in the Nevada state records. Since that report also says that Sept 27 of 1997 was when the name change occurred, I think it is a legitimate question. I have not seen it answered. Your calling me names is not contributing to a civil discussion. I am making the effort, now why won't you?

To all new INVESTORS to this thread: please refer back to reply #1741, in which this comical character jhild posted this statement; As to covering our shorts, well I have the perfect hedge - >>>I have no position in the stock.<<< It appears jhild is our very own paid shill, or a "has no life" basher, either way when u read one of his posts, please remember, for either reason, this character posts about edii in a very negative way, and has no basis for his statements, and continues to bring up "his" questions in which we here, have answered several times, yet every few days he will come back, and ask the same question. There appears at this time, to be no cure for the "herpe virus jhild", yet with continued indifference to his posts, we hope to have him go into remission. Thank u for your time, and welcome to the best bb stock of the year......Ken M
