First, I must say he is a very pleasant man, and was only too happy to spend about 1/2 hour with us on speaker so we could conduct an impromptu conference call. Actually, we placed a call to him yesterday, and he returned the call himself today. That alone tells me we're dealing with an honest man. He said he was in very aggressive acquisition mode.....many things on the burners right now. I asked him POINT BLANK if they intend to lease their properties or to "exploit" them themselves. His answer was MTEI WILL be looking to utilize the properties THEMSELVES, and he wasn't crazy about my term "exploit"...had a few humorous lines after that! He seemed VERY confident that a NASDAQ listing will be along sooner than most people think. With that, I immediately raised the question of a possible reverse split. Although he couldn't deny that there might be some kind of reverse split down the road, he did state that MTEI would do everything in their power to avoid one, but he also stated that if they found a STEAL on acreage or another type of deal wherein the principals wanted stock in return, it would be cheaper and better for the shareholders to use stock, and at that point there may not be enough stock for this type of transaction, so in the event this happened, there MAY be a split of some type, but he held firmly that MTEI WILL AVOID A REVERSE SPLIT if possible. He would not speculate on future prices, but he did say the stock was very much UNDERVALUED at present time. the Stagg report should be in in about 10 days to two weeks, and he felt very strongly that the RESULTS would have a BIG IMPACT on the price. He also felt that the $5 LEVEL was NOT FAR OFF. He realizes what is going on with SI and other threads, and he spoke about some contacts he has had regarding a possible CLASS ACTION suit against one of these SCAMS of a website, but would not name names. He was guarded as to speculating the future of MTEI regarding numbers, as well he should be. He likend the company, and this is a direct quote, to a "new storefront where we are currently stocking the shelves". He said there will be NO QUARTERLY in June, as there are no revenues at this point, obviously since this is a new company. He said there should be a quarterly in September. All in all, I felt EXTREMELY SATISFIED with his answers and his positivity, and he is VERY, VERY CONFIDENT that MTEI has a long, strong future ahead of it. PLEASE LET ME REPEAT....MTEI PLANS TO UTILIZE THEIR PROPERTIES THEMSELVES FOR REVENUES, and a NASDAQ LISTING IS IN THE WORKS. MTEI LONG TIL THE DAY I AM RICH OR DEAD!!!!!!!!! Tarot "VIPER"

I've been invested in a couple stocks which are targeting China and their expected energy demand boom in the next few years. Has anyone seen an informational site which might discuss the possible economic effect of China's demand for natural gas and/or coal? Certainly this would significantly impact the price levels for all fossil fuels since we are looking at over 20% of the world's population suddenly coming into the light with regards to energy consumption.
