This is a Table pounding buy at these prices. Div. payout-sec filing-2q earnings-new director in NY soon-office to open in Miami for the carribean. Its a buy if I ever seen one.

I have been looking at TGSK this week, the dividend is paid to shareholders who got in as of 6/19. I'm a newbie to stocks, does this mean if You get in now You do not get the dividend until 1999. Do you know how many o/s and size of float. Thanks in advance.
