A few months ago, in one of Cameron's recorded messages, he mention (believe with 90% certainty) in the fall of this year. He additionally mentioned the time, paperwork and funding required, and at that particular time (March98) their energy and resources would be better spent on operation costs and closing clients.

They have said, on numerous occasions going back at least to the Annual Meeting in February, that they plan on becoming fully reporting and seeking a listing with NASDAQ pretty much simultaneously.


This also has been discussed on this thread in greater detail. Short summary: begin in the fall, but it's not a trivial task.
