**************** I HOPE EVERYBODY READS THIS!!! ***************** | Previous | Next | Respond | To: Milk (3427 ) From: Brad Saturday, Jun 20 1998 1:50AM ET Reply # of 3649 Milk, Here's what I found when I compared the "competitor gaming sites" presented recently on this thread... (I just spent the last several hours going through all of these.) 1)bingozone.com - Non-Gambling site financed through advertising. - Bingozone offers ONLY Gameshow type games. - Bingozone average winnings are $2.92 per game. - Bingozone offers "Bingozone," "Picturama," "Crystal Ball" and "Summer in Cyberia." 2)casares.com - Gambling site with Slot, Keno, Bingo and Cards. - Casares is licensed by Government of Gibraltar, Europe. - Casares reveals nothing about who actually runs it. - Casares opens a separate window for every function. It crashed my computer. (BAD!!) - Casares claims it distributes about 20% of gross profit to The New World Foundation. However, I was not able to find anything anywhere about this organization. (?????) 3)cyberbingo.net - Gambling site that offers ONLY Bingo. There are NO other games. - Cyberbingo operates under the jurisdiction of Antigua. Address is a PO Box. - Cyberbingo is operated under a license from PreCyse Corp of Toronto, Canada. (6 Adelaide St East, 10th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5C 1H6) - Cyberbingo went "live" on May 8, 1998. - Cyberbingo "lists" many browsers, but later states it only runs on about half of those. - Custodians and Trustees are revealed only as "Our custodians and trustees." No further information is provided. 4)cyberthrill.com :8080/index.shtml?-003e9 - Gambling site with various casino games, but offers NO Bingo. - CyberThrill requires Download (virus risk, time delays, etc). - CyberThrill Rules say Game ends Jan 24, 2007 and all chips become irrevocably null, void and non-redeemable for Prize. - CyberThrill operates under the jurisdiction of the Bahamas & offices in Toronto, Canada. 5)flashbingo.com - Gambling site with Bingo ONLY. - Flashbingo is very slow loading and opens multiple windows, so it uses lots of memory. - Flashbingo is operated by Blue Lake Rancheria Tribe in Humbolt County, CA. - Flashbingo was created by Cyber Tek Gaming Corp. - Flashbingo says "Join other players" at only 3 times. 6PM, 8PM, 10PM (PST). - Flashbingo uses cards with only 3 numbers on them (rather than a regular Bingo Card). - Program looks attractive but stalled 3 times. ****************************************************** GLOW's Multi-Player Bingo Game sure seems easiest of any I played. I'm even more pleased with GLOW's technology after trying these others. Fluff can easily be added. GLOW's Multi-Player Bingo game's functionality is most impressive to me. Best wishes, Brad | Previous | Next | Respond | View 2 replies to this message
