I am not sure why he had to file. I subscribe to Edgar online alert and received an email this evening. It does not state how many shares he still holds. I remember some time ago reading In Forbes I think) that Dell, Scott Mcneally, Grove and many other whos who were part of an early venture capital financing. Maybe his disclosure is related to that. Igor, The 2200 shares is not much but may be all he has. I have no idea. I wish Edgar would indicate the amount of shares the seller owns. That would really help.
