Re: >"Del has failed in that regard. Del has overpaid for Visigenic and that is clear from WS reaction. He underestimated the reaction of WS on the name change. "<

His intentions were good. He wanted to go from driving a bus to driving a plane. So what did he do? Why he changed his title from bus driver to pilot. Now he crashes with every takeoff! He gets in the cockpit every morning, fires up the engines, refuels the plane and waits for it to get off the ground. The passengers keep complaining so he turns on the compressors and feeds them cool air while still sitting on the ground burning fuel and the passengers time and money.

Inprise the pilot that Del Yocum build. This plane will get off the ground some day just sit tight refreshments will be served, your love ones will be notified of your late arrival to the promise land.

The key to a company's success lies with the CEO. Knowing who the CEO is and his ability to inspire trust and confidence in his employees is essential. Plus he must be a visionary. Some answer to these questions can be determined by an analysis of the CEO's handwriting. We don't have much to go on but there is a signature in the last Annual report which should be analyzed based on current handwriting methodology. I am not an expert, but if you hold a large position, it might be worthwhile to spend ~$200 to determine what it shows. Only thing I did observe was that the cross on the "t" at the end of Delbert was thrusting downward. That is not normally considered a positive personality trait (have seen some books compare it to a thrusting dagger).

Would be much more optimistic about stocks if crossed "t" were similar to following:

Mrs. (famous person and leader) t-bars are barely
touching or mostly floating above the t-stems. This indicates that her
aspirations, goals and ideals are very high. The long t-bar suggests her strong drive. She is enthusiastic about her goals and applies a great deal of mental energy toward achieving her objectives. But what does it mean when the t-bars are detached and on the right side of the stem? It indicates her preference for movement, activity and challenges. It also means that she can be short-tempered and impatient with others. She would be irritated if desired results are not delivered in a way she expected and in a timely fashion. As a result, she may not always be an easy person to get along with.
