- Someone mentioned that VVUS could mothball the old plant & move all production in to the high volume/ low cost new plant.

A quick glance at their 10K and 10Q doesn't give much info on what % of sales are estimated to be bad. Given that MUSE was covered by most HMOs, I'd guess the % is fairly small. Accts rec were $17m at 3/31 up from $12m at 12/31. They mention that cash may have to be raised for international expansion and this may be by selling the receivables (or debt, stock etc).
