Hard coal hard facts

On local t.v. June 24 a discussion with Jack Rich Jr. on his
proposed building of a $300 m coal to liquid fuel plant. The Sam
Lansante show Service ele. channel 13. www.ultracleanfuels.com
Highlights:
One of the sponsors Texaco Global Gas & Power.

19 billions barrels from Pa. coal reserves alone.

The plant will use a Texaco gasifier similar to Sasol's in Africa.

Current est. of 72 yrs. of domestic oil and gas left in USA.,
daily usage of 18m b/p/d of which 10m is imported.

Over 250 yrs. of domestic fuel left on coal reserves in USA.

A 2m b/p/d plant would create 660,000 good paying jobs, wages
would be taxed to help offset the plant funding.

State and Federal legislation has already been introduced and passage
is looking better everyday.

Plant will make cleaner and higher octane product, ck of 40
of current deisel raised to a ck of 70 without sulfurs.

By products are also marketable wax, steam, and ash.

Plant could be converted to burn any carbon bearing product
coal, plastic or other biomasses.

He mentioned future trucks powered by electric battery that would
be recharged by an onboard generator fuel by ultra clean diesel.

Go to the site and click on the Legislation button to support
it and keep our jobs and natural resources here.

Gary , remember at the meeting when RNTK president said solids
will be bigger than gas and someone saw a fax on Marks desk from
Mr. Rich.

Long on RNTK here,
Coalcracker

I spoke with Mark today and I'll preface what follows by saying it is my sense that he is not (or no longer) privy to the details of the contract and the negotiations, nor its actual status.

I asked him:

1) What his interpretation of "relatively near future" was. In his mind 60-90 days is the relatively near future. He was, as always, careful to point out that the deal could be longer, shorter or not at all. He was hopeful that it would occur prior to preparing for Aug 15 Quarterly filings.

2) If TX were to advance/modify RNTK's technology to satisfy unique plant-to-plant needs, how would said modifications effect RNTK patents, and would RNTK be able to share TX modified technology with other potential clients? He didn't know and would check into this for me.

3) I asked him how many RNTK shares Outstanding and Float. He gave me some numbers but I need double check them with him before I post. I think I wrote something down wrong. I have been under the impression that these numbers are 31.6M Outstanding and 26.8M Float - if anyone has different numbers, please post.

Steve

"relatively near future": The contract is probably buried underneath some juniorsÿdeskÿand has crumbs and coffee stains all over it. At the bottom of the pile. This contract with TX will be one of last things to clear junior's desk. August... September... Given RNTK"s track record of predicting the startup of India and ITN, I would say it could mean ten years, because that is relatively short compared to the dinosour age eons ago. When junior gets back from vacation and cleans out his desk early this fall, hopefully he will find, amid stale twinkies and rotten bannana peels in the far bottom desk drawer, the RNTK contract and get on with it. Also, watch ADRN gap...

The events portrayed above if true are purely a coincidence and are not intended to represent any real person thing or situation. Next on Unsolved Mysteries...
