Morning Patrick,.>Re:<<I guess you just slipped up on the priorities>>

Gosh, I don't know where my manners went. I surely did get priorities out of sequence. <VBG> Of course congrats on your good game and sorry about the missed eagle putt. A 55? Don't you have to say out of a possible xx? <VBG>

Who is JC? Jack Carl - and they are beta testing an on-line trading program. Although it's crude, I still like it better than dealing with the floor 'order takers'.

false sense of security that s/he thinks there is a limit to the loss

You are correct, but, unless you sold options, losses are limited to the premium paid + commission.

it's too easy to use poor money management techniques

You are correct again, but just like everything else, the discipline to get out quick is difficult to master. However, whenever, I've been able to do that, the losses are limited. It's also difficult to stop and reverse if one is basing positions on fundamentals which is why I'm putting a lot of time in lately to depend more on TA. Slow going though. But TSO helps.

Thanks for your comments,

Lee

Patrick,

Are you playing today? Probably not if the weather is nice, one would assume you are on the golf course.
