Because I spend time with people who speak Hebrew. If I was witnessing to and fellowshipping with people who speak Greek I would learn it. You try to find something sinister in everything.
I have never once in my life insisted that anyone read Hebrew, I have only shared that I have experienced a blessing from it, thats all. If a person has a Hebrew name and lived in America where they speak English would he change his name to an English name? I have no language idolatry I pray and read in Hebrew and English. We force no one in a Messianic Congregation to know or read Hebrew it is a personal choice. The Torah portion (reading of the Old Testament scriptures) is read in Hebrew and in English. The rest of the service is in English. Idolatry is something you put before the Lord and I do not put Hebrew before the Lord and fail to understand how you could. You just plain flat have a problem with anything Jewish it is obvious Emile and I pray the Lord heal you from this for it is a sin against God and Jewish people. You refuse to understand that most Jews your wife included know Hebrew here for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and some of us continue with it and want to be prepared to evangelize here and Lord willing move to Israel to be a witness for Him. Remember the Triumphal entry when so many cried out to Him as their Messiah and who made up the first Church? You should not generalize so much. Your last paragraph is to bizarre to answer.
