There option,which was a sweetner to the nov. 7mil. financing is to convert to the same number of fnet shares at 1.00 per share.I think they will go for that one,especially since between then and now fnet has gone from more of a chancy situation to a division with management,working dvg and a tight business plan.If I had that option I would go for it considering the lower cost involved with a very good risk reward ratio.
