Highly unlikely... and undesirable right now. For TPI to be on NASDAQ they would have to be trading at a minimum of $4 per share. I doubt you'd want to undergo a reverse split just to be on NASDAQ.

As for filing late, I've seen this happen before with first filings so I don't see that as such a bad thing. Strange, though, that no one is making any earnings projections at this late date.

Anyone have a clue? Anyone want to hazard a guess?
