Howard wayne and jim along with the secret cybermail e-mails and PMs are adversaries. I have and I am prepared for this either on line or off. However they want to handle it.

Before I say what I think about the stock, I would like to explain something.

There are many people on this thread who know that I am a personal friend of Gary's, and there are some who think that I am a "blind follower" who will agree with anything he posts here. On the public threads, I will post when I agree with something, but I will not post publicly when I disagree with him. I have however, "flamed" him with private messages, and by telephone. I do this for two reasons, first because I am his friend, and feel like everybody else here calls him to task enough already. The second reason is because it is often I who is wrong, and I am truly appreciative of the education he provides.

The fact that I am his friend does not mean that I do not have my own ideas about what is going on here. It just means that sometimes I choose to share them with the rest of the world, and sometimes I don't.

Now, with that said and done, my thoughts on Midland...

Innocent people stand up immediately and proclaim their innocence...they don't sell their house, go for a romp in the Bahamas, and resurface weeks later, from God only knows where, saying "who, me?".

There are people who want this stock to tank for obvious reasons. There are people who have obvious reasons for wanting the stop transfers lifted. And how did Bender know how to get in touch with Fisher anyway?

The good thing about all of this is that the law is written in black
and white, so it should all come out in the wash. It should be relatively easy to tell which laws may have been broken by whom. It would seem that whoever has the money just might be our guilty party. Somebody SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Until then, I am just patiently waiting it out.

:-)
