I disagree with you. You are seing it through american eyes. I myself have a hard time finding something positive to say about it except that they still need telephones to communicate. Rest assured that 10% to 20% of their population is professional and able in terms of western standards, this means 12 to 24 mm people. If you cater to them you make money. That lawsuit is a joke, and if I would be the present government of Indonesia I would laugh at it, I mean I'm up to my ears in real debt already. And if I would be the new, to come, democratic gov't of Indonesia I would laugh at it too and say I will not take charge of criminal acts done by public servants but I will judge the public servant who has been unlawful. Countries do not go broke, they have liquidity problems. Do you know why unified Germany only recognized expropiation claims in E. Germany that happened after 1953? Because most of the expropiations happened before 1953!! There you have a "serious" country! Take it with a grain of salt...
