Jeff, it doesn't matter how much it was up intraday. It closed down. Everyone of those buyers at the $103+++ price are now losing money. Somebody wanted out, whether it was one big guy, several avg guys, or a horde of little guys. No matter which was the case, the seller(s) had enough shares for sale to move the price down.

In "How to make money in stocks", William O'Neil defines distribution as high volume with price staying pretty close to the same, meaning not moving higher. O'Neil doesn't mention anything about ignoring what looks like distribution if it's "only" a 500K share block that wants out. Maybe I'm all wrong, but I can tell you I'll be sleeping better tonight than I did last night, put holder that I am for only 2 days now. Glad my second night will be easier than the first.
