Francis -
Remember that the dinosaurs were actually pretty successful as a species, dominating the planet for about 60 million years. Homo Sapiens will need to stay ahead of the game for about another 57 million years to match them. Any analogies to current technology trends?

Hummm . . . sounds like we're building a dinosaur here. I'm not up on the latest dinosaur biology, but as a kid I read that the really big one had small brains distributed to different body parts

Francis, there you go again. Dinosaurs with multiple brains, tornados on main street and oil tankers caught in a storm. Thank you for clearing this up. Oh and i almost forgot, my personal favorite with regards to the FTC: if a cop pulls you over the last thing you want to do is get mouthy. ;-)
