Vic, If I recall correctly should the institutional folks go the route of FNET warrants in writing on or before July 30, 1998 or July 31, 1998 (whichever date it was in the SEC filing) then they have a few years (I believe it was thru either 2002 or 2004 when I get time I may double check for the exact year and post) to convert the particular 1.00 FNET warrants for FNET stock.

I would probably take the FNET options if I was personally faced with the choice of either/or as the institutional investors likely will be, so my gut feeling is that is likely what the institutional investors will do in the aforementioned matter.
