Al Y,
My wife heard an analyst recommending ESST as a takeover candidate on a PBS business program on June 8th. My wife knows nothing about stocks but the show was on while waiting for Sesame Street to come on for my daughter when this person recommended ESST. I saw plunging earnings and declining sales but an attractive book value from a takeover perspective. My wife wanted me to buy ESST so I bought some in her IRA a few days after the spike up that day. Perhaps the same portfolio manager was the one mentioning it on CNBC. I'm tempted to take the 15% profit here but I don't want to miss out if there is a takeover bid.

Steve

I'll bet it was the Chairman buying as he said he would - $5-10M worth of stock. It should retreat today unless some news.
