Daddy, As if I would call you a nay :-) You know as well as I do your lawsuits would mean about jack and xxxx, as far as Pugs goes. Burden of proof, and there really are no laws governing these webboards.. Unless of course pugs is a broker or something and just happens to own a gym on the side. I dunno what to make of Pugs posts about what he is hearing.... Nor do I care. No one is buying the stock now, so it isn't hurting you or me, except maybe emotionally. I doubt you are going to get much for that. Your anger needs to be directed at the company. Are you kidding me, suing a shareholder who is part of a group of shareholders who know each other over the internet and have been faithful why? Lets not be to crazy here. Rob P.S. All my shares are in Name Form, if you want my records, for YOUR OWN curiousity, it can be arranged easily. Hey DADDY, G here, just back from a few days R&R in MX. I know I said that I was done posting to this thread, but WHEW!!! Lots of dicotomies (sp?) and I paid the price to be here (big one) so I'll show up when it suits <ggg> Everyone pretty much know's my opinion of this mess by now and the cowboy's leading the charge. So other than "GAME OVER" IMHO, we are just going to drive each other into increased anger at one an other. We are dealing with pro's here and I don't mean the "supposed" paid shills like tonto, TC, smartin, TG, RR et al. These guys IMO, have been screwed in the past just like we are taking it on the chin with this one. Why they remain?? Who the F know's!! That has always been a head scratcher for me as well. Perhaps I should attend services this weekend and learn how get in touch with my altruistic bent again!! I will say once more that I admire your grit to push this issue to it's inevitable conclusion, but my suggestion, If it holds any water at all is to quit advertising on SI your every move. The "real" bad guys are eating this shit up, IMO!!! All of this other malarky about TVSI, who sold, who P&D'd, YADA, YADA is BS.....If lawsuits are to be bantied about, let's focus on the perps who, IMO are the SOB's that sit at the helm of this pig!! I'm not angry DADDY, I just don't understand the focus here anymore. If there ever was one!! When you are ready to go after the "real" bad guys, give me a ring! Garry....(Your fellow mushroom, holding old yellowed OVIS/RMIL certs) What a trip!!!
