Ottawa Citizen Friday June 26 Newbridge Networks Corp. of Kanata and the New Brunswick government will announce a 20 million joint venture today which will create 90 jobs in Saint John within three years. Newbridge wants software developers to help bring Imagic TV, the company it owns with Bruncor, to market. Imagic's software will allow telecommunications companies, like NB Tel, to deliver broadcast TV directly into homes using the traditional copper telephone wire. Newbridge may also create three other unspecified companies over the three years, hiring another 210 high-tech professionals. Regards Glenn
