Well Brad Morris you were not ignoring me last week, when you sent me a PM asking me to clarify answers from Gary B. Here is the post for all to see... In response to your e-mail on 6-15-98 1) Will provide when audit is completed. 2) Barry Phillips- Chief Financial Officer, Director Gary Borglund -President/CEO Dennis McCarter-Executive Vice President and Secretary The above names currently have no salary or stock option agreements. 3) Gary Borglund - President/CEO of Nortech Forest Technologies Gary Borglund - Board member of Great Spirit Dennis McCarter - Director of Great Spirit 4) None to my knowledge. 5) Gary Borglund 500,000 shares, 500,000 options Barry Phillips 500,000 shares Dennis McCarter 250,000 options 6) 2.5 million shares 7) None, as of last Wednesday. 8) No as of last Wednesday. 9) Burnt Church- will release when contract is out of draft. We projected IGC. Notice how the IGC question was totally ignored. It also seems that GLOW has severed their connection to Software Gaming and Millennium Comm. AS OF LAST WEDNESDAY!!! Perhaps the questions I have been asking have caused some embarrassment to GLOW... Also notice that Jamieson still holds more shares than all the officers put together!
