You're Right Loren. Take the USBL Franchise, that could grow fast. Could be a quick money turnover. The mall in China, same thing. You can double, triple or more on those kind of deals in a short time. I've done it, you probably have too. For instance, my uncle would buy a piece of property and put it up for sale right away at double the price. He did it all the time. If you are out there looking for deals, they will come to you.
