SAPHY is listed on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board, so that's why you're probably not getting a quote.

It's the German client-server applications company SAP AG, to my mind one of the truly great growth companies in the world. They are the global leader in a sector called Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which means basically all the mission-critical stuff a company needs in order to operate: manufacturing and process control, inventory control, distribution, accounting, human resources, you name it. Their flagship product is named R3.

Their customers are the who's who of global business, including Microsoft and Intel, which I believe run on R3.

SAPHY closed at a record today, 229 up 7. On this date last year it closed at 71. It will be listed on the NYSE starting in mid-August.
