Todd, Thanks a lot for the input, it's probably bittersweet to know someone else has been encountering similar problems (hate to see anyone else go through it, on the other hand it's not just me.) I have no idea what kind of revenue Waterhouse is generating off of their electronic trading but even an ultra conservative estimate would indicate the cost of replacing some malfunctioning servers is dirt cheap compared to what they could be making off of the number of trades...not to mention customers who may eventually turn elsewhere for their service (that's why I got off of AOL at home.) Again, I appreciate the feedback! T.R.
