Good Morning DGIV Investors: Lets finish the week on a positive note. I will be buying more DGIV at these deeply discounted prices. Digitcom will soon be a very credible nasdaq company -- the kind of firm that you may want to invest in for the Long Term. Yet, once its listed, the price (to get on board) will be much higher. good morning all. dave, i don't think it's just the mms. i think we've run into another kind of wolf in sheeps clothing. take a look at these so-called small investor research sites. i think it would be quite revealing to accumulate all of the posts by members of these sites and correlate them to their 'hot' and 'not hot' pick lists. the internet is a fantastic tool that can be utilized passively or actively. there are a few people that post who clearly declare their relationship to pick lists and newsletters. like them or not, at least their position is known. but i think we're seeing more and more 'non-labeled' representatives whose motives are to influence investors to support the views of the site. these are just my opinions and i could be way off base here. but i would really love to see some of these sites identify themselves when participating in discussion threads like these. i would really love to see the 'research' they claim posted next to their 'reviews' of stocks. in short, i'd like to see intelligent and balanced presentation. i stop visiting sites that appear to me to have a hidden agenda. so evaluating 'good' research sites becomes critical to evaluating good stocks. jmho. gary

Dave, It is OBVIOUS to knowledgeable investors the tactics of MMs: for example: 1-we all remember a day in early May (was it May4/may5) when DGIV had TREMENDOUS buy momentum (BUY /SELL ratio was something like 5 to 1, I think) and the share price was NOT allowed to go above 8 as MMs did not want to see it rise because they were short and knew they had to cover eventually. That blatant manipulation of course killed the momentum of DGIV at that time, since if allowed to go up "naturally", the price could have hit double digit with the tremendous buy pressure we were seeing! 2-the flip side of course is how the bid price was walked down after minimal selling to induce more panic selling. We basically have seen it almost every day here! Because the MMs are "allowed" to blatantly manipulate prices on the Bb world, we KNOW DGIV and JC have made it the #1 PRIORITY at this time to leave this jungle for the NASDAQ (where things are "better" regulated!). We just have to be patient!!! I also know that the SEC as well as WSJ are looking at these practices. We will see the TRUTH when it all comes out!!!!! In the meantime, I would advise All to think about your investments, buy only after doing MAJOR DD since stocks with FUNDAMENTALS will ALWAYS SURVIVE. Furthermore, THINK about the MOTIVE OF EVERY ONE WHO POSTS ON THE INTERNET BEFORE TRUSTING WHAT HE/SHE SAYS!! 1 simple 'rule" works for me: YOU HAVE TO TRUST THE MESSENGER BEFORE YOU CAN TRUST THE MESSAGE!!!!

dave, i am with you to the bitter end... i came on board si after months of lurking because i thought that i have found a new power to fight against the injustice of mm's stock manipulations, thru the new instance internet communications which enable us from all over the world to join hands and stand up for what is right and lawful. in addition to what you have suggested, one more thing that i like to point out IMHO... "we must hold on together...they are very powerful and they have been able to manipulate any bb stocks whichever ways they want and they have seen and tested our strength when DGIV was on the way up...when we are all ONE. they are scared and worst yet they do not want to loose their playing fields. so...the first step...the only foundation of this fight is our numbers...we will loose if only you and i are doing this...we need every one who hear about this to hold on tight and fight for justice. if we have a few Mr. D.s' to support it will work faster. " first i told myself to just watch so i can see clearer picture. i can not stand on the side line any more. my investment is important but my integrity is more valuable to me...many of my friends trusted me...some came in at $1.25, they are still all right...but those who took my word and invested at 6, 7 or 8 are hurting. they do not blame me at all but i still feel obligated. one thing i know for sure about the mm which we can use against them...is themselves. it is bad plan in a war to show your enemy your plan. but this plan is fact which every one already knows. as long as their situations are in control their BOSS and their INVESTORS will let them do anything they want...even different houses will support each other to share the prey. and they will turn against each other faster than you can count your fingers if the water gets rough. and all it takes is "WE DO NOT GIVE IN"...when we found the company with good fundamental, in this case DGIV we hold and buy more when they drop the price...some one mentioned yesterday...send in small orders at market...many many orders. like when Mr. D. was not on vacation, every time when the price drop he put in more orders...if i only have Mr. D.'s power. do not forget one thing... when the mosquitoes pee in the ocean they said every drop count. sorry friends for this long winded post...lert was support to be in the background but situation has dictated otherwise. without justice...i do not know why i came to AMERICA. lert
