<<Sell your stock and join the class action >>

1) You don't have to join a class action. You are automatically a member if you fit the definition, and you have to take affirmative steps to "opt-out". Generally, the only rational reason for opting out is to bring a separate lawsuit.

2) You certainly don't have to sell your stock to get recovery. Continued stock ownership and being a member of a class in a class action are completely unrelated. The only reason to sell property subject to loss-of-value litigation is to establish value, and with publicly-traded securities, this is not a problem. Value is established by a market price.

This is the biggest bunch of dribble I have yet read...

Am I in denial that I have been swindled? How have I or anyone else been swindled? The product works. They have 13,000,000 in cash. The desposable sales are inching along. Why would this company go out of business or bankrupt??? It may take a year to get back to 20, but they are on the right direction, slowly but surely. I am confident that the stock price will spike up after the stockholders meeting next Monday... So much so that I am buying....

Best,

AJG
