I called them 2 weeks ago, they said they hadn't but that they were looking at whether or not they might.

I called them the day you posted.They stated categorically that they were in full compliance and had no need to sell any stock.Don't know ratio that triggers sale but contact said they had no concern.
Can't figure action on the stock.Extremely low volume and late day trading show someone wants this stock down.Wonder where the US fund that was going to buy is.So far doesn't look like Gendis management is supporting stock.Any guesses?
