CNBC briefly mentioned that the Saudi oil minister made some comments today about expecting cheating on the OPEC agreement as soon as prices rise, and he also talked about setting up a new production group. I really didn't hear the whole story, so I will update if I find anything further.

I'm assuming the market liked what he said since oil prices turned a bit on the news.
