To date the 10-k has still NOT been filed with the SEC - pending final clearance from the auditors. Because of this situation, it remains uncertain when we can announce a definite filing date. Until we do file we will NOT be qualified to apply to the OTC Bulletin Board for listing. The trading activity being recorded by NASDAQ reflects independent trading by brokers who must report their transactions to the NASDAQ. You will see this listed as JTSC, and we understand the information can be retrieved through the internet by searching the various on-line services. JTS does NOT have information as to which brokers are available to trade the stock independently. We have DOWNSIZED and do not have a shareholder representative on board to speak with each of you personally.
